The Art Yard Sale is a yearly event organised by Kaos Projects at the Brighton Fringe Festival. The event showcases the work of up to 36 of the best contemporary artists. Expect live art demonstrations, limited edition prints and original works available for purchase. It's a unique opportunity to buy art directly from your favourite artists and discover something special that you'll treasure forever. On the day you can have access to exclusive works and limited editions available at special prices.

We collaborated with Stylist, Brazen PR and photographer Sophie Harris to manage and curate a bespoke art installation for ‘Uncovered’, a Sudocrem® campaign celebrating real skin. The event aimed to challenge narrow beauty standards through honest conversation and powerful imagery. Our exhibition was central to the evening, presenting a striking gallery of portraits featuring real people and real stories, shown alongside a live panel talk, drinks and discussion.

Kaos Projects partnered with The Pebble Trust to mentor emerging artist Hannah Mulligan, supporting her portfolio, social media, and marketing. We curated her debut Brighton Fringe exhibition, where visitors were invited to interact with light, take photos, and reflect on what taking up space means to them.

We work with a large roster of over 100 artists, supporting them across a range of creative projects. One of our key specialisms is printing and publishing. A recent example is our collaboration with street artist Mateo Humano, known for his bold work in paint and spray paint. We worked closely with Mateo to produce a series of limited edition prints that sold out quickly — each one capturing the texture and energy of the original pieces with exceptional quality.
